1.2. The purpose of this disclaimer is to inform customers about the correct and safe use of perfumery and cosmetic products and to minimize the risk of adverse reactions.

2. Nature of the Products

2.1. The Adora Niche product range mainly consists of perfumes, scented body mists, body creams and other body cosmetics, scented candles, home and textile fragrances, and other cosmetic and perfumery products from multiple brands offered by the Operator as a multibrand retailer, including the Operator's own brand Kano Beauty.

2.2. All products are intended exclusively for external use, or as fragrance accessories for interior spaces, depending on the purpose stated for the specific product.

2.3. The products are not medicines, do not replace medical care, and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

3. Recommendations for Safe Use

3.1. Before first use on the skin, we recommend performing a patch test by applying a small amount of the product to a small area of skin.

3.2. If irritation, redness, or any other adverse reaction occurs, we recommend discontinuing use of the product immediately.

3.3. Avoid contact of the product with eyes and mucous membranes.

3.4. For perfumes containing citrus or other photosensitizing ingredients, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure on treated skin.

3.5. Use scented candles only under supervision, away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets, and trim the wick before each lighting.

3.6. Keep products out of reach of children and store them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a reasonable temperature.

4. Liability

4.1. The Operator is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including for third party products sold as part of the Adora Niche range.

4.2. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from:
- incorrect use of the product,
- use contrary to the instructions or intended purpose,
- incorrect storage,
- individual skin reactions that cannot be objectively predicted.
